| 1. Recommendations with cow's milk allergy |
 |
| |
- Use only products without cow's milk parts.
- Instant infant milk and follow-on milk are not suitable.
- Look out for hidden milk parts like whey powder, Casein or cream. In case of doubt contact the manufacturer!
|
| According to the current knowledge of nutritional scientists, hypo-allergenic nutrition represents the most efficient protection to prevent a potential cow's milk allergy. If a cow's milk intolerance has been identified, no hypo-allergenic milk food can be fed because it is also based on cow's milk.
The following list shows alternatives to cow's milk or infant milk food:
|
| |
| |
| Hypo-allergenic milk food (HA food/ HA 1, HA 2) |
| |
| Animal milk (Contains Lactose = sugar of milk) |

| Vegetable-based milk (Free from Lactose = sugar of milk) |

| Semi-elementary food |
