1 cup flour
¼ cup salt
Gingerbread spice (or 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. ground star anise, 1 tsp. cardamom, 1 tsp. ground clove)
¾ cup boiling water
Mix dry ingredients, add water and knead. If the consistency is too firm, add water, if the dough sticks, add flour. Have fun!
