Preparation

Mix solid ingredients – leave some almonds for dusting. Mix liquid ingredients and stir into dry ingredients. Grease and flour loaf pan, pour in batter, sprinkle with remaining ground almonds. Bake at 180 degrees / gas mark 2-3, preheated. Baking time: approx. 50 minutes. Suitable for the freezer.
