Delicious Christmas cookies without sugar and egg

FROM 10 MONTHS

Ingredients:

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 230 g flour (or wholemeal spelt flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ vanilla pod (vanilla pulp scraped out)
  • optional cocoa powder, cinnamon or speculaas spice

Preparation

Mash banana and knead in remaining ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. Mix in optional cocoa powder (sugar-free), cinnamon or speculaas spice. Roll out and cut out cookies of your choice. Bake at 175°C for approx. 13 min. Optionally mix in cocoa powder (sugar-free), cinnamon or speculaas spice.
