No Bake Brombeer-Cheesecake

Ingredients for the dough:

Ingredients for the blackberry-mass:

  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 100 g fresh, mashed blackberries
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean
  • sprinkle of salt

Additional Ingredients:

  • 340 g cream

Preparation

1. Mix the crumbled Holle Organic Spelt Biscuit with fluid butter and fill into cake tin, press down and put into the fridge for 2 hours.
2. Mix the ingredients for the blackberry-mass. Whip cream in a different bowl and mix with the blackberry-mass when ready.
3. Fill the blackberry-mass on top of the dough and leave in the fridge over night.

Then the tasty No Bake Blackberry Cheescake from 3 years is ready!
