Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy, add oil, mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder, sift and stir in by the spoonful. Add beet and fruit puree. Bake for 25 minutes (preheat oven to gas mark 3/ 180 degrees), with chocolate icing if required.
