
Baby biscuits with Otter Oats
FROM 8 MONTHS
Ingredients:
(For approx. 18 small biscuits)
- 100 g Organic Porridge Otter Oats
- 50 g spelt flour
- 1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness)
- 2 tbsp mild vegetable oil (e.g. Organic Baby Weaning Oil)
- 50–100 ml Holle Organic Oat Drink (depending on desired consistency
Preparation time: 25 minutes

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Mash the banana in a bowl until it forms a paste. Add the Holle Otter Oats breakfast porridge, spelt flour and oil and mix everything well. Gradually add water or oat drink until a soft dough forms. Use your hands to shape small biscuits. It is best to make them slightly elongated so that they are easy to pick up. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 12-15 minutes until golden brown – leave to cool and enjoy!
