
Fluffy vegan waffles
FROM 1 YEAR
Ingredients:
- 50g flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Holle Organic Baby Jars
- 50ml plant-based milk, e.g. Holle Organic Oat Drink
- 12g melted vegan butter
- optional: pinch of cinnamon

Preparation
Mix 50g flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp Holle fruit purée, 50ml plant-based milk and 12g melted vegan butter. Add an optional pinch of cinnamon. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Preheat the waffle iron and grease it lightly. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and bake the waffle until golden brown.
