Only biodynamic (Demeter) veal from unique and strictly controlled farming is used for this baby jar. Calves grow up in a species-appropriate way together with their mothers/wet nurses and are not separated from them. This cow-based rearing is very special and is practised by less than 100 farmers in Germany. Professional associations for child nutrition recommend meat at least 5 times a week with a vegetable-potato-meat mash.
