Holle Easter Lamb
FROM 8 MONTHS
Zutaten:
- 2 carrots medium, finely grated
- 125 g Holle Organic Fruit Jar Pure 100 % Apple
- 100 ml Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 100 g almond flour
- 150 g wholemeal flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Mix flour with baking powder. Then add apple puree, oil, banana and eggs to carrots in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 3. Pour batter into pan, baking time about 70 min.
Depending on the mold, too much dough may come out. Process the rest for example to mini cakes
