
Otter Oats Waffle Sticks
FROM 1 YEAR
Ingredients:
(For approx. 6-8 small waffles)
- 100 g Organic Porridge Otter Oats
- 100 g spelt flour (type 630 or wholemeal)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 2 tbsp mild oil or melted butter
- Optional: a little cinnamon or vanilla
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Preparation:
Mix the oats, flour and baking powder. Mash the banana and mix with the eggs, milk and oil. Combine everything into a smooth batter and let it rest for 5 minutes. Bake in a lightly greased waffle iron until golden brown. Let the waffles cool briefly, then cut into finger-friendly sticks.

Perfect for dipping: Holle fruit jars apple-banana-pear, apple-berry mix or peach-mango.
