
Raspberry and yogurt dessert
FROM 8 MONTHS
Ingredients:
- 6 pieces Holle Organic Spelt Baby Rusks
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 150 ml cream
- 150 g raspberries
- 1 package vanilla sugar (optional)

Preparation
Prepare two or three bowls or glasses. Whip the cream and carefully stir in the quark. Crush half of the raspberries and fold them into the cream mixture. If you like, you can add the vanilla sugar. Now crumble the Holle organic baby rusks coarsely and place them in the bowls as the bottom layer, top with the raspberry and cream mixture and decorate the top of the dessert with a raspberry.
