
Bear Bread
FROM 10 MONTHS
Ingredients:
- 250g organic wholemeal/spelt flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 150 g ground almonds
- 2 eggs
- ½ grated zucchini
- 1 Holle Organic Vegetable Jar Potatoes, Peas & Zuchhini
- ½ Holle Organic Fruit Jar Apple & Banana with Apricot or 100g fruit puree
- 100 ml Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil

Preparation
Mix solid ingredients – leave some almonds for dusting. Mix liquid ingredients and stir into dry ingredients. Grease and flour loaf pan, pour in batter, sprinkle with remaining ground almonds. Bake at 180 degrees / gas mark 2-3, preheated. Baking time: approx. 50 minutes. Suitable for the freezer.
