Nature has created spelt: a cereal ideal for baby food, with a slightly nutty taste. At the beginning of complementary feeding, it is best to add spoonfuls to a gluten-free porridge.
Can be served as cereal-milk porridge, dairy-free porridge and cereal-fruit porridge.
