
Oat flakes pancakes

Ingredients:
- 60g flour
- 15g ground almonds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 75ml plant-based milk, e.g. Holle Organic Oat Drink
- 1-2 tbsp Holle organic fruit purée

Preparation
Mix 60g flour, 15g ground almonds, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix 75ml plant-based milk, 1 – 2 tbsp Holle fruit purée. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Preheat a pan to a medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour a tablespoon of batter into the pan and form a circle. Bake both pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
