Mirabelle Tart

FROM 10 MONTHS

Ingredients (dough for 1 tart, 24cm):

  • 250 butter room warm
  • 8 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 600 g fruit, e.g. mirabelles, plums, apples

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour with baking powder, add remaining ingredients, mix briefly on lowest, then on highest speed to form a dough. Shape the dough into a ball. If it sticks, refrigerate for a while. Divide dough in half. Roll out one half thinly and place in greased tart pan, pricking several times. Place fruit on top of dough. For rosettes, roll out dough, cut out circles with a glass. Cut circles in half with a knife. String individual halves together until a rose of desired size is achieved. Place remaining dough halves around edge and press down slightly. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
